1. Research use only. All products sold by Zaidi BioLabs (“we,” “us”) are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, or any clinical, diagnostic, or veterinary use.

2. No regulatory approval. These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

3. Buyer representations. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and are buying for lawful laboratory research only. You also confirm that products will be handled only by trained personnel under appropriate laboratory conditions, and that you will not resell them for human or animal use.

4. No medical advice or claims. Product names, specifications, and images are provided for identification and educational purposes only. We make no claims about safety, efficacy, or suitability for any therapeutic or personal use, and we provide no dosing, administration, or usage guidance.

5. Legal compliance. You are solely responsible for knowing and following all laws that apply to your purchase, possession, use, import, and disposal of these products in your jurisdiction, including customs requirements. We may refuse or cancel any order, and restrict sales to any region or person, at our discretion.

6. Assumption of risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from the handling, storage, and use of products after delivery, and you release Zaidi BioLabs from claims arising from any use other than that described in this notice.

7. Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaidi BioLabs and its owners from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of products or your breach of this notice.

9. Acceptance and changes. Placing an order means you accept this notice. We may update it at any time, and the version posted when you order applies.
